False Bay's Engineering NCV programmes are available at two campuses: Westlake Campus and Khayelitsha Campus. These Engineering programmes are for a three-year period.

NCV Engineering Course Entry Prerequisites

These programs start at NCV level 2 plus the minimum amount requirement would then be Grade nine certificate with a pass in Mathematics.

After the student finishes NCVLevel two, they would then have attained a grade ten certification. NCV Level 3 would be grade eleven and NCV Level four is grade 12.

NCV Level 4 is at the exit level, remaining equivalent to a Countrywide Senior Certificate (NSC).

Grade 9 is on NQF level one. Our NCV programmes start NCV level two that's equivalent to an NQF level two.
